Built-in battery and charging port repair, motor and hall sensor faults, throttle, e-brake, display and controller repairs. Electrics and tyres only — we don't touch gears or general bike mechanics, so you get a specialist, not a generalist.
What we cover
Not sure what's wrong with your e-bike? We run a full electrical diagnostic across the battery, motor, controller, throttle and wiring to pinpoint the exact fault. Fee is included in the repair cost if you go ahead.
Damaged motor wiring or failed hall sensors cause jerky power, cutting out or no power delivery at all. We repair or replace the affected part without needing a full motor swap.
A loose, damaged or corroded charging port stops your battery charging properly, even if the battery itself is fine. We repair or replace the port and check the full charging circuit.
Cell, BMS and balancing repairs for built-in (non-removable) e-bike batteries. We can't currently work on Bosch or Carrera battery systems — for all other brands, get in touch and we'll diagnose the fault.
Faulty throttle response, e-brake sensors not cutting power correctly, or a display that won't turn on or shows errors — we diagnose and repair or replace the affected component.
The controller manages power from the battery to the motor. A faulty controller causes power loss, erratic acceleration or a completely dead system. We diagnose and repair or replace as needed.
